On the afternoon of February 25th, CISS organized logistics department employees to watch the annual spring campus food safety live-streaming training in 2021.
The training was jointly carried out by Provincial Market Supervision Administration, Liaoning Food Safely Association and Liaoning Tongzheng Testing Co., Ltd, which took catering service, food safety operation norms and food safety emergency response as the main content.
Zhao Xianghua, secretary general of Liaoning Food Safety Association, explained the standard of food safety operation in catering service and introduced the practical operation of reasonable risk prevention and the importance of strengthening the sense of responsibility of food safety. Yu Na from Liaoning Tongzheng Testing Co., Ltd. introduced some campus food safety incidents recently, analyzed the causes of the incidents and gave suggestions on how to deal with the sudden campus food safety incidents.
Madam Duan Yun A, executive director of CISS, said that the primary task of campus safety is to do well in the prevention and control of the epidemic in the spring 2021 school year, and to ensure the food safety and health of teachers and students with the strongest and most stringent measures. All departments of the school should attach great importance to this, improve relevant work plan, pay attention to details, plan ahead and take preventive measures.
