International Exchange Of Football Culture Between CISS and Sujiatun District

Inheriting the soul of football with international spirit. On April 20, a group of foreign children appeared during a football match at a stadium in Sujiatun District, Shenyang. Canadian International School of Shenyang (CISS) and Shenyang Sujiatun District held a unique international exchange of football culture here. Madam Duan Yun A, Executive Director of CISS, and Ms. Patricia Larrondo, Acting Principal of CISS attended the event and delivered speeches.

At the invitation of Sujiatun District Bureau of Education, Canadian International School of Shenyang becomes the “foreign aid” for the youth football match held by the District Bureau of Education. The school has chosen ten "football masters" from Grades 2 to 4 to join the two primary school football teams in Sujiatun District, the students were chasing after the little Chinese friends and enjoying the charm of football, "the world's No. 1 sport".

The game is not only wonderful, but also what’s worth mentioning is the on-site instruction of CISS football teacher Mr. Paulo, with the enthusiastic style of Brazilian samba, it benefits the little players on the field.

Patricia Larrondo, the school's new acting principal, said in an interview with Shenyang TV station that CISS, a 15-year system school from kindergarten to DP and the only IB Continuum World School in Liaoning province, has just been awarded as one of the best international schools in China.
