The Principle of CISS

The principle of CISS, Alan Leo Norman, worked in the Canadian Ministry of education. In 20th January, 2005, in the Great Hall of the people, under the witness of previous Chinese Prime Minister, Wen jiabao, previous Canadian Prime Minister, Martin and many other ministers of Chinese and Canadian governments, the Chairman of the AKD International Education Inc. and AKD Education Consulting [Beijing] Inc., Dr. Francis Pang, together with Norman on behalf of the Canada NB provincial Ministry of education signed China-Canada international education cooperation agreement with Diplomatic personnel service of China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aiming at building Canadian International Schools in China.

Norman also has a rich teaching experience in China. He was the founding principle of CISB and CISH. Now, Dr. Francis Pang, the chairman of AKD, attaches much importance to the development of CISS and the international school project in the northeast of China. Therefore, Alan Leo Norman is appointed as the principal of CISS, to provide high-quality international education services for children from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas, building a better children education environment for the foreigners in Shenyang, Liaoning.

The International School project was signed on Jan 20,2005 during the official visit of Canadian Prime Minister The Right Honourable Paul Martin as one of the China and Canada cooperative project. Norman is in middle of the first line in the picture.
