Principal

I am a Canadian citizen, born and raised in Ottawa, Canada.  I have been working in Shenyang for the past decade, and over 20 years throughout Asia, primarily as a Academic English Professor. I hold degrees in both Philosophy and Economics from the University of Ottawa, and I am a certified teacher. Throughout my career, I have served in various capacities, notably as Lead Teacher and Program Coordinator, and have distinguished myself as the principal recruiter and organizer for numerous English Language Camps. I have significant experience in the IB curriculum and hold IB certificates in the MYP, DP and Lead Category. As a Principal, educator and parent, my ethos is to inspire and empathize, preferring an approach that is both assertive and light-hearted, guiding students to succeed academically and develop holistically.
