G7 Homeroom Teacher

I am the MYP Mathematics teacher and the Grade 7 homeroom teacher. I come from South Africa and I have been teaching in China for the past 5.5 years and at CISS for the past 3 years. I like being outdoors and I enjoy walks and cycling. I have a wife and 3 children, my wife is hoping to join us at CISS later this year after recovering from an illness. I will not be able to be in class at the start of school. However, I will be there as soon as my time of quarantine is done. I am excited for this new year and I am excited to meet all the new students that have arrived at CISS this year, especially the Grade 7 students who will be in my homeroom class. It’s also going to be wonderful for me to see the familiar faces of returning students. Welcome to all of you, it’s going to be wonderful to see you!
