German Teacher

My name is Sven Loeschengruber from Hanau, Germany and I am the German teacher at CISS. I am a qualified German language and literature high school teacher with more than 20 years teaching experience in all school forms and age levels. Before I came to China I taught for more than 10 years in a Middle and High School in my hometown and led my students to university level (Abitur). In China first I worked in the German School of Shenyang for a year. Then I moved to Beijing where I was teacher at the German Embassy School for six years, mainly in Elementary School. Since 2020 I am staff member at CISS and I am happy to support the German students to keep up with their mother language to smoothen their reintegration once they return to Germany. Beside teaching I enjoy long distance running and travelling in China.
